1:1 Personal Training

I have a small studio that is set up for 1 to 1 training or if you have someone you want to train with, 1 to 2 training. In the studio I will work with you to reach your goals (to be determined during consultation) and that maybe weight loss, or gain, regain fitness, getting in shape for a wedding, the summer holidays, body recomposition, or build more muscle.


I will do an assessment on your fitness levels and a consultation, to determine the way forward and work with you to reach those goals. We will also look at nutrition needs and diet in general to determine a course of action. If it needs to be a full diet rehaul or just a few tweaks to get you back on track. Also, we will look at lifestyle to determine whether there are any factors that need to be addressed by you to help with your fitness goals.


My aim as a trainer is to work with you in creating a program that will work but also to guide you so we can get the best results.


It's never easy to make changes, but hiring a Personal Trainer will definitely help. Not only from a training and diet point of view but also to hold you accountable and keep you focused and motivated to reach your goals.

What to expect in the studio

In the studio, I have various pieces of equipment and programs to put you through a full and varied workout. 

It will never become boring or repetitive and I will always keep you working towards your goals. Workouts will be based on your current levels of fitness and mobility, but also with a view to increasing your fitness as we progress towards the results that we have set out in your assessment.

Home visits by your personal trainer

Some clients prefer to have personal trainer sessions at home due to various reasons. Mobility, time constraints, familiar surroundings, etc. 

This is a service I can provide, based on the clients and my own availability.
